A peaceful and picturesque retreat nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Set on a beautiful 8-acre, wooded property. This unique Airbnb features two thoughtfully designed houses, and a dog run for our furry friends! Making it an ideal destination for families, couples, or groups looking for both comfort and privacy.
Each home offers a cozy blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, complete with fully equipped kitchens, inviting living spaces, and private outdoor decks perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Guests can relax and unwind around the large firepit area, gather under the covered pavilion, or explore the property's charming barn, which adds a touch of
country character and serves as a memorable backdrop for photos and gatherings.
Beyond being a serene vacation retreat, The Bluebird also doubles as a beautiful small wedding and event venue. The spacious outdoor areas, pavilion, and barn create a warm and intimate setting for ceremonies, receptions, reunions, or special celebrations -surrounded by nature and the gentle sounds of the Ozarks.
Located just minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, guests can easily enjoy the area's art galleries, boutiques, and local dining, then return to the quiet comfort of The Bluebird to relax under the stars.

The Bluebird Experience
"We spent a few days at Jordan’s Bluebird house this past week, it was incredible! Jordan’s home felt like we were coming home to an old friend. She has thought of everything that any guest could ever need, so many extra special touches, and she had decorated the house with Halloween decorations! There are too many positives to our experience that they would be difficult to describe them all in a few short words. However, we watched the sunset every night from the front porch, and we watched the beautiful sunrise from the back porch every morning while drinking coffee and hot chocolate! I can’t describe how magical Jordan’s place is. We saw several praying mantis’ from the back porch, (we don’t see many of those in Texas these days :), we saw many Monarch butterflies in the butterfly tree, we saw yellow finches from the back porch, and even saw a bald eagle on our last day!! It was a wonderful trip, and we are so appreciative of Jordan’s thoughtfulness and great care!!!!"

"Jordan’s place was amazing for a weekend with the girls! The listing photos are gorgeous, but they truly do not show how stunning the home and atmosphere is. We loved every second of our stay! So many amenities and ‘extras’ that made our stay more than wonderful! Comfy beds, loads of space for whatever you have planned, and absolutely gorgeous views right outside your window. Jordan was very responsive, seriously, she messaged back within minutes. Jordan was accommodating and gave fabulous recommendations! Highly recommend and will absolutely be staying again. "Came for a girl’s Christmas getaway and could not be happier with our stay. The house was beautiful and cozy and very well appointed. Private but a short scenic drive to all the local restaurants and shops and attractions. Jordan had lots of recommendations and nice personal touches around the house. I felt like I was staying at a friend or family member’s house, not a sterile rental. Would highly recommend and would stay at the Bluebird again!"

"The Bluebird was absolutely excellent! It has such a “homey” feel to it - it’s cute, really comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed! Jordan has thought of everything and is the perfect host - she spoiled us with homemade cookies, fresh flowers, plenty of snacks, and was immediate with her communications with us! Our pup also loved staying here; she enjoyed all the dog toys and the comfy dog bed that Jordan provided (even tho we brought her own from home). "We stayed at the bluebird for our honeymoon and it was by far one of the best vacations we have ever been on! Eureka itself was awesome, but I definitely think what made our stay even better was this house! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The decor was spot on and made you feel welcome from the moment you walked in. The beds were comfortable and there were so many linens. It made my heart so happy! There’s nothing worse than staying at an Airbnb that is not stocked with extra towels, linens or blankets. The outside was my husband‘s favorite part of the whole house and he basically lived on the porch. I took several naps on the daybed outside on the porch and we utilize the hot tub every day! This house is so well stocked that anything you could possibly think of needing you can find. We will definitely be using this house every time we come back to Branson! Jordan was a fantastic host 10 out of 10 recommend this place!!"

"A stay at the Bluebird is magical for many reasons. Yes everything is as described and as expected (even better), but there is something extra special about the Bluebird. I think it comes down to it feels personal, a place just for you, with a little more, it's the energy, the feeling of connection and belonging. We had the undeniable pleasure of meeting Jordan as she assisted Chef Jennifer McDermott from Three Bird Cafe for our private dinner. A most amazing night and experience, highly recommend!!! The talent! Their stories! We also added a private Pilates/Sound Bath session with Maria Hilgert, simply transformational! Everything is what you make of it, and again our stay at the Bluebird lovely on its own, grounded, but I recommend spreading your wings and embrace your spirit!"

"This was my second stay at The Bluebird, and somehow it was even more magical than the first. The moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a cozy dream. Surrounded by golden sunsets, glowing string lights, and a fall setup that looks straight out of a magazine. Every corner radiates warmth and care, from the inviting porch swing and perfectly placed pumpkins to the rustic nooks that make you want to wrap up in a blanket and never leave. Jordan, the host, is truly exceptional. She’s the most thoughtful, intentional, and responsive host I’ve ever met. Her heart and attention to detail are what make this place feel less like a rental and more like a peaceful retreat built with love. My friends and I (all grown adults, most moms (some pregnant or moms of toddlers) needed a peaceful girls getaway and this place could have not been better. It was everything we needed and more! Jordan has truly thought of everything, from a well stocked kitchen, plenty of SUPER comfy pillows and linens, soaps and shampoos in the shower, and all of the relaxing spots to sit and chat with friends, read a book, enjoy the view from the mountaintop, or even take a nap! It was close to town with lots of shopping and must-sees downtown! We highly recommend it, and plan to return in the future! ❤︎"

"What a beautiful place! It is so cozy and convenient; I’ve never stayed in such a well-equipped Airbnb. Jordan made the space feel just like home. She has stocked everything you might need. If you want to cook, she has all sorts of pots, pans, and seasonings available. The restrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, face wash, hair ties, hair tools, shaving cream, dry shampoo, and much more. We brought our own supplies, but it was nice to have all these options available if we needed them.
The master bedroom is incredibly comfy and cozy—best naps ever! We got snowed in and couldn’t go into town, but the Airbnb was a great place to be stuck lo! We went exploring and were surprised to see a sign that said "Cave," which we, of course, had to check out. I would totally recommend taking a walk down to see the cave; the walk offers such a beautiful view of the mountains.
There is so much more I could say about this place, but the point is: don’t hesitate to book it. You won’t regret it!"

"We had an amazing stay. The house was a great size, there were plenty of things to do at the house itself, like the hottub, yoga barn, plenty of outdoor space like decks and patios. Then you are only ten minutes or less from downtown eureka springs. You are far enough from hustle and bustle to have a peaceful stay, but can reach all the fun quickly. Jordan was extremely quick to respond and even gave us road conditions updates due to snow coming through. We will definitely be back in the warmer months, and be able to enjoy the amenities even more!"

Nestled just outside of downtown Eureka Springs, The Bluebird has gorgeous wrap around porches that give breathtaking views of each sunrise and sunset. Each room has beautiful, unique, vintage Eureka Spring history and artwork. It was so fun to just wander around. The Bluebird provides a cozy aesthetic, everything you need for your stay, and did I mention the beautiful view?!"
