Welcome to The Hideaway House, a beautifully designed three-story home nestled within the peaceful eight-acre Bluebird property. Just 10 minutes from historic downtown Eureka Springs, this locally owned retreat blends cozy charm with modern amenities and stunning views of the Ozark Valley. Perfect for families, couples, or groups, the home sleeps up to nine guests and is pet-friendly for up to two dogs.

Top Floor - Private Suites & Sunrise Views

Step onto the front deck, where a cushioned couch, day swing, and small table create the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises. String lights add a soft glow for relaxing evenings, and an easy-to-use AC controller ensures comfort throughout the floor.

Vintage Room

Elegantly styled with timeless decor, the Vintage Room features a queen bed, Roku TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a jet bathtub. The bathroom is fully stocked with a hair dryer and essential toiletries for your stay. This bedroom also has direct access to the upper back deck-ideal for stepping out to enjoy the crisp mountain air.

Modern Room

Across the hall, the Modern Room offers an elegant, contemporary design with a queen bed framed by flowing curtains, a six-drawer dresser, and a walk-in closet (complete with a stand-up fan for extra comfort). The private en-suite bathroom includes a hair dryer and all basic necessities. Guests can also enjoy a Roku TV and private exit to the upper deck.

Top Front and Back Decks

The top back deck overlooks the Ozark Valley and is furnished with two cozy daybeds, a fire pit, string lights, and comfortable seating-a peaceful retreat for any time of day or season. Descending to the main level, you're greeted by a beautiful stained-wood staircase accented with a birdcage chandelier, creating a warm and artistic focal point.

Main Floor - The Heart of the Home

The main entryway welcomes you with charming greenery and two chairs just outside the front door.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need during your stay:

  • Refrigerator with ice tray and filtered water pitcher
  • Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and stove
  • Full set of cookware, utensils, and dining essentials

Gather around the six-person dining table, illuminated by a vintage light fixture and overhead greenery-a cozy spot for shared meals and conversation.

Living Room

The living area features a large Roku TV, a vintage sofa, and a loveseat that converts into a twin pull-out bed. You'll also find a collection of books about Eureka Springs and a guest book to share your experience.


A full bathroom on this floor adds convenience, stocked with a hair dryer and essential toiletries. Just outside the bathroom, a glass shelf holds a bin with games, a speaker, and outdoor necessities for guests to enjoy.

Middle Back Deck

Step through the double doors to the middle deck, a spacious outdoor living area with a six-person dining table, lounge seating, and a small fire pit-the perfect setting for relaxing or socializing while taking in the sweeping Ozark views.


Another set of beautifully stained wooden stairs with beadboard detailing leads to the lower level.

Downstairs, the bonus room is a guest favorite, designed with four custom twin day-bunk beds, each with individual lighting, fans, and storage beneath for personal belongings. The room includes a Roku TV, a two-seater bistro table, and additional vintage chairs for lounging or late-night movie watching.

Lower Deck

Step outside to the lower back deck, featuring a freshly cleaned Hot Tub, a sofa and table for lounging, and warm string lighting that sets the perfect evening ambiance. Towels, hot tub rules, and cleaning tools (including a net and bristle attachment) are provided. A picnic table nearby offers a peaceful spot for lunch surrounded by nature, with a walkway leading around to the front of the home.

Laundry Room

A full bathroom is located on this level, stocked with a hair dryer and essentials, along with a laundry room that includes detergent, vacuum, and extra items for your convenience.

The Bluebird Experience

"We spent a few days at Jordan’s Bluebird house this past week, it was incredible! Jordan’s home felt like we were coming home to an old friend. She has thought of everything that any guest could ever need, so many extra special touches, and she had decorated the house with Halloween decorations! There are too many positives to our experience that they would be difficult to describe them all in a few short words. However, we watched the sunset every night from the front porch, and we watched the beautiful sunrise from the back porch every morning while drinking coffee and hot chocolate! I can’t describe how magical Jordan’s place is. We saw several praying mantis’ from the back porch, (we don’t see many of those in Texas these days :), we saw many Monarch butterflies in the butterfly tree, we saw yellow finches from the back porch, and even saw a bald eagle on our last day!! It was a wonderful trip, and we are so appreciative of Jordan’s thoughtfulness and great care!!!!"

There’s nothing worse than staying at an Airbnb that is not stocked with extra towels, linens or blankets. "What a beautiful place! It is so cozy and convenient; I’ve never stayed in such a well-equipped Airbnb. Jordan made the space feel just like home. She has stocked everything you might need. If you want to cook, she has all sorts of pots, pans, and seasonings available. The restrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, face wash, hair ties, hair tools, shaving cream, dry shampoo, and much more. We brought our own supplies, but it was nice to have all these options available if we needed them.


The master bedroom is incredibly comfy and cozy—best naps ever! We got snowed in and couldn’t go into town, but the Airbnb was a great place to be stuck lo! We went exploring and were surprised to see a sign that said "Cave," which we, of course, had to check out. I would totally recommend taking a walk down to see the cave; the walk offers such a beautiful view of the mountains.


There is so much more I could say about this place, but the point is: don’t hesitate to book it. You won’t regret it!"

"We had an amazing stay. The house was a great size, there were plenty of things to do at the house itself, like the hottub, yoga barn, plenty of outdoor space like decks and patios. Then you are only ten minutes or less from downtown eureka springs. You are far enough from hustle and bustle to have a peaceful stay, but can reach all the fun quickly. Jordan was extremely quick to respond and even gave us road conditions updates due to snow coming through. We will definitely be back in the warmer months, and be able to enjoy the amenities even more!"
